Подушка согласна описанию, но я поздно увидела наполнитель и не думаю, что даже при моём весе в 53-54 кг она прослужит долго. Решила что позже закажу из гречихи. Дороже в 3 раза, но полезней и приятней, а так сойдет. Удобно во время медитации очень.
